i always tell char that finding/working under a good boss is not easy. because to acquiry one, is not easy. when found one and get to work under him/her, have to treasure it.
today, my boss (after working 24 years in this company) left the office. undeniably, tears flow into my eyes when he walk over to my desk and says goodbye. he makes a difference in my life, and i will never forgets that.
